Adorjan stood before the gate with the three locks. It was rusted and foliage had over grown all around it. Ukr stood his distance so Adorjan can have space to figure out the first obstacles.
It should not be hard he thought. He needed to find the key first and then figure out which one it would fit in too. He started to look around on the ground. Move little rocks and pushed the bushes to the side. Still he could not find the key.
This was not going to be as simple as that he thought he Staring at the door he noticed that one of the key holes was designed differently. It looked similar to canine teeth. He reached out and glided his finger across it. He felt a sharp pain before pulling his finger back.
There was two holes on the pad of his finger that was pooling with his blood. He was tempted to put his finger in his mouth to suck his blood but the key whole looked as if it wanted the blood that was coming from his finger.
Adorjan dripped some blood down the face of it and he heard a bolt unlock. So his blood was the key to opening the door. The door creaked open as all heavy old doors do when they were not maintained.
He looked back at okr and nodded his head to let him know he was going to continue. Once Adorjan entered the deathly dark tunnel he had gotten a scent of spoiled eggs.
“What could possibly give off that smell?” He whispered to himself. He moved further in and the sides of the tunnel lite up with blue fire. He never seen blue fire before. How was it created was definatly unnatural.
He moved further down the tunnel only to step in a gelatinous muck on the ground. It gave off the smell of rotting eggs. He looked around to discover skin that was sheaded off a beings body.
He continued to walk further in. A low murmuring was just a head. He had not weapon to fight what could out to greet him. Further, and further in he went the sound became louder and louder.
He came upon a room. The room had a large animal sleeping in the center of it. Adorjan decided to try to get around it to get to the other tunnel opening behind it. The animal opened it’s eyes.
Adojan froze. The eyes was clear as glass. The beast stood. It was fifteen feet in height and it’s fangs were a foot long. The skin reminded him of the lizard that roamed around in the woods but it’s head resembled a cat. It was the most horrific looking animal that was ever created. But the question is how to get past the beast without getting those teeth sunk into him.
As the party waned and the guest left. She could not stop thinking of her betroth. He was attractive, playful, seductive and brutally honest. Could she be able to satisfy such a man?
She had a lot to think about but not tonight. She decided to enjoy what was left of the feast ivies.
“Are you happy with you match?” That was the most Makalo said to her all evening. It did look like he really wanted her input.
“Well whether I like it or not I will become his wife.”
“You are correct.”
She wanted to storm off but that would make the family look awful.
“He is suitable.”
“That is good. I will be leaving you to attend to the rest of the guest. You are old enough to handle this.”
She was stunned that he would do such a thing. But he turned and left. This was a test. She can not fail at.
